How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Your Total Delivery Time consists of two parts:

Processing Time (Custom Making) + Shipping Time (Transit) = Total Delivery Time

1. Processing Time (Custom-Made Production)

All of our costumes, wigs, and props are made to order — unless clearly marked as "Ready to Ship" or "Clearance Sale."

• Standard sizes and custom measurements both require production time, as each item is personally tailored for you from scratch.

• Processing Time: 1 – 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• For large, complex, or heavily customized orders, processing may take longer. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

⚠️ Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your order will not ship until production is complete.

2. Shipping Time (Transit)

Once your order is finished and handed over to the carrier, the shipping time depends on the method you choose:

📦 Delivery is made Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow extra time during peak seasons (e.g., Halloween, Christmas).

3. Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your order total and destination.

For U.S. Orders

For International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

4. Expedited Shipping

If you need your costume faster, we offer Expedited Shipping for $19.90 (flat rate) to most destinations.

• Expedited shipping reduces transit time only (shorter shipping time), not processing time.

• Please contact us before placing your order if you have a strict deadline — we will do our best to accommodate.

5. Important Shipping Notes

5.1 Valid Contact Information

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

• A valid phone number (carriers may need to contact you)

• A correct postal code

• A physical street address (we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses)

5.2 Large, Heavy, or Fragile Items

Some large costumes, props, or fragile items may require additional shipping fees due to size or weight. If your order exceeds standard shipping dimensions, we will contact you before processing with a revised shipping quote.

5.3 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5.4 Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted logistics partners, including Yunexpress and other major carriers, to ensure reliable delivery.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees (International Orders)

For international shipments, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

• These fees are the responsibility of the recipient (you).

• We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your tracking shows no update for more than 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions, but we will do our best to assist you.
